Halve the chicken breast fillets in half and wrap each with a slice of bacon. Fry on all sides in a pan.
In the meantime, cut the zucchini and mushrooms into thin slices and place on the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the meat on top and add the vegetable stock until everything is covered. Simmer the whole thing on the High level for 3 hours.
After the three hours add half a cup of cream and set it to Medium for another half an hour. Ribbon noodles or rice go well with it.
