Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips and fry in the pan with the Alba oil until golden. Then add the broccoli in florets (raw or just thawed) and cook for 5 minutes.
When the broccoli is still firm to the bite, add the cream and herbal cream cheese to the pan. Season to taste with soy sauce, salt and pepper. We prefer to have boiled potatoes with it. Rice or pasta are also great!
