Salt and pepper the chicken breast, sauté and remove, set aside.
Fry the chopped onions and garlic, then add the ketchup, tomato juice, soy sauce, honey and the pitted and finely chopped chilli peppers. Let the whole thing reduce. Add the chicken breast, pour the sauce over it and place in the 180 degree oven for approx. 15 minutes.
Flatbread or baguette and a salad go well with this.
