Wash the chicken breast fillets under cold running water and pat dry with kitchen paper. Brush the Parma ham slices with wild garlic pesto and wrap the fillets with it. Place the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish and cook for 30-40 minutes in a fan oven at 180 °.
The fillets are wonderfully juicy and the ham does not dry them out. The pesto gives a pleasant flavor.
Leaf lettuce and fresh baguette taste delicious with it - an ideal summer meal.
