Instructions

  1. Wash fresh herbs (if available, otherwise use a tablespoon of Provence herbs) and pluck the leaves and stems off. Mash or chop the garlic. Mix the yogurt with the honey, mustard and herbs and spices. Be careful with the salt. It has to taste spicy because the chicken is a salty eater. Possibly enrich with olive oil (if you only got very lean yoghurt). Let the meat marinate for at least 3 hours (ideally overnight). Drain the chicken well and grill until light brown.
  2. The recipe is suitable both for the garden grill and particularly well for raclette or hot stone.
