Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips and season with salt and pepper.
Let a pan get hot. Sweat the poultry strips and onion pieces in olive oil (if you want, you can add chopped garlic). Add the brown sugar after 2 minutes and let it caramelize. Add the spinach as soon as the poultry is half done. Simmer for about 1 minute, then add the cottage cheese and cream cheese and bring to the boil (if you still need sauce, add some milk and bind it with cornstarch). Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Do not leave the dish in the pan for too long, but - when everything is warm - serve immediately.
