Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breast in olive oil in a pan, season with salt and pepper and let cool. Cut into very fine cubes.
  2. Hollow out an avocado, immediately add lemon juice, dice and mix with the meat.
  3. Add the black olives, the chopped parsley and the finely chopped spring onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you want, you can also add some chilli to taste.
  4. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  5. Serve in filo baskets, for example.
  6. The recipe is enough for 8 filo baskets as part of a buffet.
