Peel and chop the onions and sweat in oil until translucent. Cut the chicken breast fillets into 1 cm thick slices, fry them with the onions until golden brown and remove from the pan.
Wash the broccoli and mushrooms, cut into pieces and sauté in the pan with vegetable stock until the vegetables are cooked through. Then add the cream and season with pepper, salt and lemon juice.
Cook everything over medium heat for about 2 - 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens. Best served with rice.
