Puree 1/2 paprika, cream, cream cheese and the vegetable stock with a magic wand.
Vegetables:
Cut 1 bell pepper, the two courgettes and the onion into small pieces. Heat the wok or pan with a tablespoon of oil and sauté the vegetables. As soon as the vegetables are cooked, pour the paprika cream sauce over them and simmer the vegetables with the sauce over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the sauce has a firmer consistency.
Chicken breast:
Season the chicken breast well with Maggi seasoning mix 3 and fry in a pan heated with oil.
