Fry the chicken breast in a little olive oil and set aside.
Melt a piece of herb butter in the same pan, fry the chopped onions and paprika in it, then add the tomatoes. Chop the tomatoes a little with a fork. Bring to the boil briefly and season with cream, cheese and spices. Either add the cheese directly to the sauce and simmer while stirring until the cheese has melted, or grate it.
Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packet, then serve with the tomato sauce and the chicken.
Broccoli or beans also taste delicious.
This recipe is also delicious for toddlers (from 1 year) if the chicken breast is chopped up and no salt is used, in which case halve the amounts or just eat with it! I then take a little more herb butter - very spicy, but low in salt.
