Wash the meat, pat dry and cut a small pocket into it. Fill this with sheep cheese and a little basil, fix with toothpicks. Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Cut the onion into cubes and fry in oil. Then cut the peppers and add them to the pan with the meat.
Put the brunch in a bowl and mix with cream or milk until it is nice and creamy. Also add the basil (other herbs depending on your taste).
When the meat is as good as done, add the brunch to the pan and bring to the boil briefly.
