Cut a pocket into the chicken breast fillets, then flatten the meat a little.
Set aside a few large leaves of the wild garlic. Finely chop the remaining wild garlic and mix with the goat cream cheese. First place the leaves in the fillets and then the cream cheese mixture. Close the fillets and wrap them with bacon slices.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the fillets in a lightly oiled dish and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
