Instructions

  1. Wash the lime with hot water, dry it and finely grate the peel. Mix the lime zest with the natural yoghurt, squeeze out the lime juice.
  2. Sear the chicken breast fillets in heated butter on each side, then season with salt and pepper. After about 7-8 minutes, take it out of the pan and wrap it in aluminum foil. Leave to rest in the oven at approx. 150 ° C until the sauce is ready.
  3. Deglaze the roast with the lime juice, add the cream and let the sauce reduce. Season as needed. Remove the pan from the hot plate, fold in the lime yogurt and season to taste. Add the meat juices and a touch of chili powder. Serve hot.
  4. Steamed quinoa and green asparagus taste very good as a side dish.
