Instructions

  1. Make a cut in the middle of each chicken breast with a sharp knife, then cut a pocket into it on both sides. Season the poultry outside and inside.
  2. For the filling, grate the mozzarella on the hash browns. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes well on kitchen paper, then chop.
  3. Cut 2-3 slices of raw ham into fine strips, add to the filling together with the pressed garlic, season them, mix everything well. Put the filling in the breasts, seal the openings with toothpicks. Wrap each breast with 2-3 slices of raw ham.
  4. Heat the clarified butter, fry the breasts in it over medium heat for about 10 minutes per side. Arrange the chicken, keep warm, dissolve the stock with the wine, reduce a little, pour over the fillets.
