Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and fry them in a pan with oil. Season to taste. If you like the vegetables soft, I recommend steaming them.
  2. Wash the chicken and cut it in half, season with salt and pepper and wrap with 2 slices of Black Forest ham, also fry.
  3. First place the vegetables in the baking dish, place the chicken on top or lightly embedded on top.
  4. Mix the cremefine with the milk in a measuring cup and season with salt, pepper, chilli and nutmeg. I take so much milk that it creates a 1: 1 ratio - you can change that depending on how much sauce you like. Add the egg and whisk everything.
  5. Pour the sauce over the casserole and cover with cheese if you like.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 ° C for approx. 20 - 25 minutes.
