A very unusual dish that cannot but interest you with its appearance. Chicken breasts are baked in peanut breading and are very crispy and satisfying. The dish is perfect for lunch or dinner.
Salt and pepper the fillet to taste. Beat eggs in one plate and mix peanuts and crackers in the other. Dip the fillets in egg batter, then breaded in breadcrumbs and nuts.
Lubricate a baking dish with vegetable oil. Gently roll the fillet into rolls and place on a baking sheet. We bake for 20 minutes, temperature 230 degrees.
