Instructions

1. Prepare the required ingredients.
2. Salt and pepper the fillet to taste. Beat eggs in one plate and mix peanuts and crackers in the other. Dip the fillets in egg batter, then breaded in breadcrumbs and nuts.
3. Lubricate a baking dish with vegetable oil. Gently roll the fillet into rolls and place on a baking sheet. We bake for 20 minutes, temperature 230 degrees.
