Instructions

  1. Put the soy sauce and lemon juice in a bowl. Peel the garlic and ginger, chop them very finely and add to the soy sauce. Cut into the chicken breast fillet a few times and place in the soy marinade. Not too long or it will taste too salty. 10-20 minutes are sufficient.
