Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken fillet with clear water, cut into cubes and place in a bowl that is not too small. Then marinate the meat with olive oil, soy sauce, sweet paprika, diced onion, pressed garlic clove, salt and a little pepper. Mix well the spices and meat and set aside.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, cut into slices approx. 5 - 8 mm thick, place in a second bowl and set aside. Cut or pluck the broccoli into florets, wash and also place in a bowl and set aside. In the meantime, switch on the oven to 200 - 210 ° C circulating air.
  3. So that the ingredients don`t give off water during baking, fry the mushrooms individually with a little olive oil for about 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper and remove. Then fry the chicken fillet very briefly and spicy in the same saucepan and remove it. Put a teaspoon of flour in the same saucepan, deglaze with the vegetable stock and bring to the boil briefly. Then reduce the heat to a minimum.
  4. In the meantime, put another saucepan with water on it, salt the water well and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and blanch the pasta and broccoli in it for a maximum of 1 minute. Drain both and add to the saucepan with the vegetable stock. Add the meat and mushrooms as well as a dash of cream and some chopped parsley. Mix the ingredients well. Warning: keep the heat at a minimum so it doesn`t boil.
  5. Brush a suitable mold with butter and pour the entire contents of the pot into the mold. Dice the mozzarella and spread over it. Put the casserole in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is slightly brown.
  6. Serve the stains directly on the table with the form.
