Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips, place in a bowl, season well with chicken seasoning and mix well with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Cook the cauliflower in salted water, it should still have a bit of bite.
For the rice, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan and sweat the raw rice in it, deglaze with hot water. Attention, the water bubbles strongly, if necessary reduce the cooking temperature briefly when adding. Add salt and continue cooking.
In the meantime, fry the chicken breast strips in a high pan. Just before the meat is done, squeeze a clove of garlic and steam it with it. Add the cream and cheese and let it melt (do not boil anymore), season with salt and pepper.
Pour off the cauliflower and add to the pan, fold in carefully and serve with the rice.
Tip:
If you want, you can add 1 teaspoon vegetable broth to the cauliflower and / or rice boiling water instead of salt.
