First you cut the chicken / turkey meat into cubes and fry it in a large pan. Then you cut the onion nice and small and the garlic too. When the meat is seared, add the onion and garlic and let it become translucent (do not let it burn). Then season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Add tomato paste and stir. Dust with the flour and deglaze with the chicken stock, stir well. Now add the cream and season again. If you like it even more creamy, you can mix some cornstarch or flour with water, stir into the sauce and bring to the boil.
Chop the parsley and finally sprinkle over it and stir.
You can put on the rice at the same time as you eat it. For me everything is finished at the same time. Which rice you take is a matter of taste.
