Cut off small fillets from chicken fillet. And then cut each large fillet horizontally into two layers. We will have 6 pieces of chicken fillet.
Using a kitchen hammer, beat off fillet pieces from both sides.
Salt and pepper on both sides.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil using a silicone brush.
We spread the layers of chicken fillet in a single layer mold.
Put mayonnaise, sour cream and powdered garlic in a bowl. We mix.
Lubricate the chicken fillet with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise.
Wash the tomato and cut into thin slices
Put tomato slices on top of the meat.
Rub hard cheese on a medium grater.
Sprinkle the tomatoes generously with grated cheese. We send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake the chicken fillet with tomatoes and cheese for about 25 minutes.
We take out the finished dish from the oven and cut it into portions for serving.
