Instructions
Cut each chicken fillet lengthwise in half, then cut each half into 5-6 pieces. Season chicken pieces on both sides with salt and pepper, then drizzle with lemon juice. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Peel the onions and chop roughly into large pieces, then place in a blender. Blend onions for 1-2 minutes until smooth. In a bowl, mix the blended onions with eggs and sour cream. Add 40 g flour, dried parsley, and salt to taste. Mix until no flour lumps remain. Place the remaining 40 g flour in a shallow bowl. Coat each chicken piece on both sides with flour, then dip in the onion batter. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Place battered chicken pieces in the hot skillet and fry for 2-3 minutes until the first side is golden brown. Flip and fry for 1.5-2 minutes more until the second side is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 74°C / 165°F). Serve hot with ketchup or tomato sauce.
