The original main course is chicken fillet pizza with broccoli, corn and cheese. Meat-based pizza will appeal to both children and adults. Even the most capricious mischief-makers will not pick out the cabbage, but will gladly eat a slice of such meat pizza.
Prepare all the ingredients for making the chicken fillet pizza. It is better to take the meat fresh, not frozen, so the dish will be more juicy. Drain the marinade from the canned corn. Disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences, you do not need to boil first. Peel the onion.
Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into as many slices as possible. I got 10 thin slices from one breast.
Put the fillet in a bowl, add 0.5 teaspoons of salt, black pepper and soy sauce. Place the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Place pieces of chicken fillet on parchment in a circle, in the form of a pizza.
Cut the onions into half rings and spread over the chicken fillet. Sprinkle with canned corn.
Top with small broccoli inflorescences. Season with a little salt.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and spread over the filling of onions, corn and broccoli. Chop the green onions diagonally and sprinkle the meat “pizza” on top.
Place the chicken fillet with broccoli, corn, and cheese in the oven for 20 minutes.
Allow the chicken fillet pizza to cool slightly and transfer to a board or plate to serve.
Serve the chicken, broccoli and cheese pizza to the table hot, cut into portions. Juicy, tasty and healthy – this is what comes to mind after you try this wonderful dish!
