A variety of dishes can be prepared from the chicken fillet. Our offer is a schnitzel that is cooked in a pan. It turns out juicy chicken schnitzel. It can be served both as an independent dish and with a side dish.
Cut the chicken fillet into flat pieces no more than 1 cm thick.
For the further procedure, you will need a special hammer for beating the meat. Cover the chicken pieces with cling film. We beat off the pieces from both sides. Season each broken piece of chicken fillet with salt and ground pepper (on each side).
Roll each chop in flour.
Beat a chicken egg in a die. Dip chicken chops in the egg mass.
Then roll the chicken chop in flour again.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan. We warm it up. Put the chicken chops in the butter. Fry for about 3-4 minutes.
Flip the chicken chops. Sprinkle the surface with grated cheese. Cover the pan with a lid. Fry for another 5 minutes.
