Instructions

  1. Wash and pat the chicken meat. Then cut into approx. 4-6 individual pieces and fry in the pan. Just before the meat is done, sprinkle the mustard seeds into the pan (there must be some fat or meat juice in it) and let them sit for about 4 minutes. In the meantime, cut the apricots into bite-sized pieces. Now add the apricot juice and mustard to the pan and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Then the apricot pieces can also be added. Then you add the cream, season everything with salt and a little white pepper and let it boil again briefly.
  2. Rice is the perfect accompaniment to this!
  3. Tip: it tastes just as good with peaches. If you don`t like warm fruit, you can leave out the fruit, but the juice is essential!
