- Heat the oil in a saucepan, approx. 5 cm high, to 180 degrees C.
- Mix egg white and onion powder in a bowl. Add the chicken breast and roll in it. Put the panko in a bowl. Roll the chicken breast in the panko.
- Put the Chicken Fingers / Dippers in portions into the hot fat and bake for 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix the ketchup with the balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
- Salt and pepper the Chicken Fingers / Dippers to taste and drain on kitchen paper. Serve with the dip.
