Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken fillet in cold water, dry it and dice it bite-sized. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut the white parts into thin slices and the beautiful green parts diagonally into rings. Clean the king oyster mushrooms and cut lengthways into thin slices.
  2. Melt the butter in the pan. Add the meat and the white spring onion pieces and fry lightly over medium heat while stirring, without the meat taking on too much color.
  3. Add the king oyster mushrooms and season everything with salt, lemon pepper, allspice and saffron. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the ground almonds and the green spring onion pieces, stir in and deglaze with a dash of white wine. Bring to the boil briefly, then add the chicken broth and stir in the sour cream. Heat again briefly and season to taste.
