- Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in a pan. Season with a little salt, pepper & paprika powder.
- Drain the mushrooms and fry them with them.
- Put the broth and cream in a saucepan, bring to the boil and then melt the cheese in it.
- Add the meat and mushrooms and the sliced carrots (thin slices) as well.
- Let everything simmer for about 20 minutes and then add frozen peas and season with the other spices and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
- My kids love this chicken fricassee.
- Rice or pasta tastes best with it.
