Basically, fricassee (fr. Fricassee) is a stew made from white meat in some kind of white sauce. The recipe for chicken fricassee with mushrooms and cream is very simple and quick. Be sure to try the delicious chicken fricassee.
Preheat the pan over medium heat, melt the butter in the pan.
Cut the mushrooms into large slices.
Lightly roll the chicken fillet in flour and send it to a preheated pan with butter. Fry until white on all sides and until light golden brown (about 1.5-2 minutes).
Then add the mushrooms.
Fry for 1.5-2 minutes, salt, add pepper and nutmeg.
Add cream.
Leave the chicken with mushrooms in the creamy sauce on the lowest heat for about 10 minutes to thicken the sauce.
