- Wash the chicken, pat dry, cut into approx. 16 equal-sized bites. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Dice paprika and onion. Fry in a little fat, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Mix the fried vegetables with creme fraiche and milk with tomato paste and cornstarch, bring to the boil briefly.
- Wrap the meat with bacon and place in a baking dish. Spread the sauce over it, sprinkle with cheese.
- Baked for about 30 minutes.
- Can be prepared almost completely the day before, just put it in the oven and bake!
