Season the chicken drumsticks with salt, pepper and rosemary (if you don`t have a fresh sprig of rosemary on hand, the dish with dried rosemary also tastes good). Place the legs in a baking dish or oven and pour some olive oil over them.
Wash the raw potatoes and cut them with the skin into not too small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Spread the potato pieces and onion slices together with the garlic cloves around the chicken legs.
Mix the juice of half a lemon with a dash of olive oil, add about 1 tablespoon of finely chopped or dried basil and brush the ingredients with it. Season everything again with salt and pepper from the mill.
Fry in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 45 minutes.
