Instructions

  1. Mix the quark and yoghurt together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Finely dice the paprika and stir in.
  2. Cut the meat into strips. Mix well with oil and gyros spice. Finely chop the onions and spring onions. Fry the meat vigorously in the pan for 4-5 minutes without adding any additional fat. Fry the onions and spring onions briefly. Season to taste with pepper and possibly a little salt.
  3. Serve with the quark and serve with French fries or potato wedges.
