  1. Rinse chicken hearts, dry, remove blood clots and large vessels. Cut the hearts in half. Peel, rinse and dry onions. Cut the onion into small cubes.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onions and hearts and fry for 6-7 minutes. Then add dried ginger and thyme and stir.

  4. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into halves.
