Dice fillet. Crush 2 cloves of garlic, lime juice, chilli, salt and pepper in a mortar and rub the meat with it. Marinate for at least an hour.
Heat the oil and sauté 2 cloves of garlic and the onion in it. Fry the meat in it and add the vegetables. Also fry briefly. Add the coconut milk and gently cook the dish covered for 15 minutes. Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli.
Serve with rice.
If you like okra pods, you can stew them too. But I leave them out, because okra pods secrete a slime, which not everyone likes.
