Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli into florets and cook in salted boiling water for 8 minutes and drain. Season the minute schnitzel with salt, pepper and paprika. Let the oil get hot in a pan and fry the schnitzel for 3 minutes on each side, remove and place in a greased baking dish. Spread the broccoli on top.
