  1. Put some olive oil in a bowl. Add the rosemary, pepper, thyme, paprika powder and salt. Stir everything.
  2. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Cut the peppers and tomatoes into pieces. Wash the potatoes and cut into wedges. Put the onions, tomatoes and potatoes in the marinade, press the garlic and add it. Mix everything well.
  3. Season the chicken legs with the chicken seasoning.
  4. Line a deep baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread the potatoes with the vegetables on top. Put the chicken on top. Now pour the red wine over it and cook in the oven for 1 1/2 hours at 180 degrees.
