Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken fillet and fry in a large pan. Cut the leek into rings, the carrots into slices and the mushrooms into quarters. Put everything in the pan with the meat and fry with it.
  2. After about 5 minutes, deglaze everything with the vegetable stock. Add the soy sauce and curry. Then let it simmer again for 5 - 10 minutes. At the very end, add a cup of sour cream.
  3. We prefer to eat rice with it, but I can also imagine pasta with it.
