Dice the chicken fillet and fry in a large pan. Cut the leek into rings, the carrots into slices and the mushrooms into quarters. Put everything in the pan with the meat and fry with it.
After about 5 minutes, deglaze everything with the vegetable stock. Add the soy sauce and curry. Then let it simmer again for 5 - 10 minutes. At the very end, add a cup of sour cream.
We prefer to eat rice with it, but I can also imagine pasta with it.
