Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat dry. Peel the garlic, cut into thin slices and slide 2 - 3 slices under the skin. Mix the oil with salt, paprika and herbs and brush generously on the chicken legs. Place the marinated legs in the middle of a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
  2. Clean and wash the broccoli and cauliflower and cut into bite-sized florets. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut in halves or quarters depending on the size. When the 15 minute cooking time is up, spread the vegetables around the chicken legs on the baking sheet. If there is still anything left of the marinade, pour it over the vegetables. Pluck the rosemary sprigs and spread over the potatoes. Continue cooking the chickens in the oven for about 40 minutes.
  3. We always put the whole baking sheet directly on the table so that everyone can take what they like for themselves. A lovely white wine goes well with it.
  4. My daughter doesn`t really like broccoli, but with this recipe, which she always helps with, she feeds it like there is nothing better.
