Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces. Peel and halve the onions. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Season the chicken legs with salt, pepper and thyme.
Mix the lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil into a marinade.
Put the chicken drumsticks, potatoes and onions in an ovenproof dish and pour the marinade over them. Sprinkle with thyme. Fry for about 90 minutes. Pour the marinade over every 30 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish before serving.
