Instructions

  1. Rub the chicken drumsticks with pepper, salt and paprika, turn them in the flour, knock them off and then quickly fry them all over in a pan. Place in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Cooking time: approx. 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
  3. Top up with the broth, spread the rice and corn kernels around the meat and then place in the oven for another 25 minutes. Meanwhile, finely dice the onion and finely slice the paprika. Mix both with the corn rice and let cook for the rest of the time.
  4. Season the dish with pepper and paprika before serving.
