Instructions

  1. Roast the finely chopped onion in hot olive oil, add the chicken liver and finely chopped garlic and roast - pour the soup broth on top and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add curry, honey, soy sauce, salt and pepper and let it steep for a few minutes, possibly thicken the juice with a little starch (depending on your preference), stir in creme fraiche.
  2. This goes well with rice or baguette.
