Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken in 3-4 liters of salted water, add 2-3 tablespoons of chicken broth. Remove the cooked chicken and let it cool - then pluck it into strips and small pieces. The cooking water from the chicken is then used to cook the noodles in it (not too soft)!
  2. Mix the chicken, finely chopped carrots, finely chopped onions, apples, cucumber pieces and pieces of cheese as well as mayonnaise and put in the fridge.
  3. Tastes best when it has been pulled through nicely and made the day before. It can be kept chilled in the refrigerator for a few days.
