Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into 3 cm cubes. Wash and finely dice the tomatoes. Clean and finely chop the spring onions. Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone and dice.
  2. Fry the meat with coriander in the oil over medium heat, then season with salt and remove.
  3. Add the crushed garlic, the remaining spices and the spring onions to the frying fat and stir-fry for about four minutes. Then add the tomatoes, cream yoghurt, crème fraiche, tomato ketchup and mango chutney. Simmer together for about five minutes to form a thick sauce. Then add the meat and the mango pieces and cook for ten minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
  4. Serve with basmati rice.
