  1. Turn the chicken into the minced meat in the meat grinder (or finished minced meat) and place in a bowl. Dice the chilli and add to the minced meat. Mix in the egg and breadcrumbs.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic cloves and carrot, peel the ginger root and grate finely.
  3. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan, add onions, garlic, carrot and ginger and sweat until translucent.
  4. Add the onion mixture to the minced meat and stir in, season well with the spices, add spices to your taste according to your taste.
  5. Form meatballs in portions from the mixture.
  6. Heat the rest of the oil in a pan and fry the chicken patties in it.
  7. The chicken meatballs can also be eaten as a protein recipe without carbohydrates with a tomato sauce.
