Dice the tomatoes, finely chop the garlic and parsley, mix. Season with salt and pepper and add a little olive oil, set aside.

(4 teaspoons or more), add tomato paste and stir well, bring to the boil with a little water.
Cut 2 balls of mozzarella into slices and sprinkle with a little curry powder. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, pour in the cream and bring to the boil.
Put 4 teaspoons of oil in a baking dish, then add the pasta and mix. Crumble the 3rd ball of mozzarella over the pasta. Then distribute the chicken strips in the tin, pour the tomato sauce on top and cover with the mozzarella slices. Bake in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes, depending on your taste.
