  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente. Cut the chicken breast into small strips.
  2. Prepare a marinade from oil, paprika powder, salt and pepper and mix the meat with it. Cut the peppers into pieces approx. 2 x 2 cm, cut the onions into rings.
  3. Put the meat with the marinade in a large, heated pan without any additional fat and fry briefly. Remove the meat and in the same pan first sweat the onion rings (with a little salt and sugar), then add the peppers. When the vegetables are warmed up and the liquid comes out, add the meat and mix. Then fold in the crème fraîche and mix, then add the pasta and fry briefly. Season to taste and then serve.
  4. Note: If you like, you can add more vegetables to the pan. I have e.g., cooked a few chopped cherry tomatoes (which had to go).
