Peel the potatoes, cut into sticks about 1 1/2 cm wide (I sliced them, you can make them as you like) and pre-fry them in the hot fat in the deep fryer for about 3 minutes.
Then cut the meat into strips of the same size (approx. 3 cm) and season with salt and pepper. Whisk the 2 eggs. Then turn the pieces of meat in the flour first, then dip them in the beaten eggs and finally bread them in breadcrumbs (I turn them more often in the breadcrumbs and press the pieces of meat firmly on).
Now heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan (the oil should be about 1 cm high on the edge of the pan, depending on the size of the pan you need more or less oil). Bake the chicken nuggets for about 2 minutes on each side until they are golden yellow.
Meanwhile, bake the fries for another 4 minutes. Drain the fries and season with salt as needed.
