Cut the pointed cabbage into fine strips and wash. Clean the chicken breast and cut into strips. Sear the chicken breast in a (wok) pan and season with salt, pepper, paprika and curry, add a dash of soy sauce and fry for 2 minutes.
Then add the pointed cabbage and mix with the meat. Put the lid on and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Now add the processed cheese and sour cream, stir in and, if necessary, add a little baking soda.
Then season to taste and, if necessary, add salt, pepper or soy sauce.
