Instructions

  1. Dice the onion.
  2. Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and sauté the onion for about 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Roughly chop the chicken and dice the bell peppers. Add both to the pot and sauté over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the Vegeta, salt, paprika powder, and enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add the diced potatoes, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 60 minutes.
