Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast fillet in cold water, pat dry and cut into strips. Cut the onion into small cubes. Dice the paprika, cut the spring onions and chilli into fine rings.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat all over. Add onion cubes, chilli, paprika and spring onions. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Cover the wraps with the meat and vegetable mixture on one half and sprinkle with cheese. Fold the other half over it so that a semicircle is created.
  4. Heat the pan without fat and brown the quesadilla on both sides over a low heat until the cheese has melted. Halve the quesadilla and serve with guacamole.
